Today I have shared the Ekadashi Vrat Special Recipe - Farali Aloo Tikki. Aloo Tikki is the famous street food and usually we make it for evening snacks. But in this recipe we make it for fast so we can consume it during the vrat. We can prepare it within 20 minutes so must try this recipe and don't forget to give your valuable feedback in comment section.
Ingredients - (સામગ્રી)
For Prepare 15 Medium Size Aloo Tikki (૧૫ નંગ આલુ ટીક્કી બનાવવા માટે)
5 Medium Size Boiled Potatoes (બાફેલા બટાકા)
3 tsp Coarsely Ground Peanuts (અધકચરા વાટેલા સીંગદાણા)
1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder (શેકેલું જીરું પાવડર)
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves (સમારેલી કોથમીર)
1 tbsp Green Chilli Paste (લીલા મરચાંની પેસ્ટ)
1/2 tsp Ginger Paste (આદુની પેસ્ટ)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder (મરી પાવડર)
As per taste Rock Salt (સિંધવ મીઠું)
3 tbsp or as required Water Chestnut Flour/Singhara Flour (પાણી)
As required Oil (For Roast) (શેકવા માટે - તેલ)
Serve it hot with Farali Chutney or Curd (ગરમાગરમ ફરાળી આલુ ટીક્કીને ફરાળી ચટણી કે દહીં સાથે સર્વ કરી શકાય છે)
