My diabetic mother can't resist doughnuts, but knows she shouldn't eat them. So she ends up tearing a little piece off of one and putting the rest back, so whenever we have doughnuts after a few hours the box is filled with all sorts of mangled doughnut fragments.

one fun thing I can share that I was able to do back on August 18th (which is the day the event in the movie actually took place, which was a fun little coincidence), was me & my folks went and got lunch at the Sawyer House from The Texas Chain Saw Massacre "1974", which is known as the Kingsland Grand Central Cafe. we actually ate in the same exact dining room as the dinner scene, and I was able to check out the entire house including the upstairs where Grandpa was just hanging out. we also went to see afterwards The Gas Station which is the other famous location destination from the film, which had both The Cook's truck and the actual van as display pieces. thankfully I was able to take a lot of photos from the trip. ^-^

while I wont be getting any donuts anytime soon until it starts to get a little colder down here in Texas, I do plan to get some lunch this Friday (most likely at 54th Street Restaurant & Drafthouse since my budget may not allow me to afford eating at Longhorn Steakhouse for the time being) right after I go see Halloween Kills in theaters. unfortunately, I would have to rely on Lyft for my ride since I don't drive.
