Hey Nik, Those guys run a good shop, a Sicilian Pizza is very different from the regular Pizza and anytime you get Pesto it dominates. Try the regular next time. I love Sicilian from my local shop Nino's Pizza, but with just the regular sauce. Take Care and Be Safe 👍😊😺‼️

after all the inedible new haven pizza you’ve scored, you give this a score in the 6’s? I mean nothing is burnt to cinders and the toppings are staying on top. Seems like an automatic 8+ given what else i have seen you eat.

@@baarbacoa yeah not all Sicilian pies are the exact same lol. I prefer an airier, lighter dough- this was a denser, thick dough.

Di Fara is my all time favorite pizza and it’s in Brooklyn. It is possibly the best pizza in the world. No joke. It’s in Avenue J in Brooklyn.

If you want crispy but not doughy then you have to try Luigi’s on 5th avenue between 20th and 21st street. They make the ultimate thin crust pizza. Its about 10-15 minutes away from Krispy. I go to both all the time.

He said the dough was too “bready” and I suggested Luigi’s because all their pies, including their Sicilian are thinner and crispier. Why do you feel the need to comment here with something irrelevant? Just to disagree for some reason? I never made any reference towards pizza dough and bread dough. I disagree with his score because everyone I know absolutely loves the trio. I didn’t feel the need to share that because it’s his opinion. I dropped over $300 at Krispy last month and know exactly what their pies look and taste like. I just pointed him to a slice shop with what he’s looking for.
