The issues stems from the mags. Most people are using the Kriss extended mags that they've made themselves using the kit because it's slightly cheaper. They never work right unless you get them right from the factory. Never had a problem with my Kriss.

​@Shademastermcc he might mean the specific issues with the 9mm model. My .45 Kriss never had a single problem, but my 9mm Kriss would stovepipe with the wrong ammo regardless of what mag I chose.

Sadly the civilian version of the Vector is basically useless. There are better, more reliable, and cheaper options than a semi-auto vector. I’m not saying the vector is bad, I’m just saying a semi auto only version is bad
