I had my fair share of all day sickness, being exhausted and an emotional wreck. Pregnancy is no joke. The days I did feel good I moved my body and it made me feel better. I’ve had to adjust specific exercises and lower weights in some areas and do what feels good at the time. Expecting mothers to be please do what feels right for YOU. If that’s resting do it! If that’s moving do it. It’s hard enough producing life without the judgment of others, you’re doing amazing and only you and your doctor know what’s best for baby. You got this 🤍
