I have about nine I'm waiting on from the library, if I can get through them as soon as they arrive, I'll be all fresh to build up my owned shelves again in January. I've noticed list of new releases but non I'm dying to read yet, which is good I won't get overwhelmed. Currently reading the latest Louise Penny Mystery, The Grey Wolf, out from the library, and on hold so I'm taking my time but quickly. Lol, I usually rip through hers but this one is more cozy and slow read in the best way.

@@BooksAndJams Krista -I'm only halfway through and I feel it's going to be my favorite of 2024. It's so lyrical and heartwarming and I can't wait to get to each chapter. To some it may be a slow read, but the content of each chapter of this book is absolutely magical! It will most definitely be one that I keep on my bookcase for a future re-read! I’ve been saving The Grey Wolf by Louise Penny for my Thanksgiving read. I’m doing what Jack suggested (I think her channel is Spread Book Joy). I’m just reading what I like, soft DNFing and flipping through my coffee table books. I’m looking forward to The Plan by Kendra too.
