That's ridiculous. In 1918 50 million people died worldwide from the Spanish flu. Half of Europe died from the plague and it eventually killed from 75 to 200 million people worldwide. You cannot pin that on emotions. Although I agree that stress and depression can aggravate a disease a person may already have.
