Maya Rudolph gushed about her friend Kristen Wiig, and told Ellen that seeing her on "Saturday Night Live" made her want to return from maternity leave to perform with her. Maya and Ellen also chatted about their connection over an adorable dog, and the reception Maya got after playing presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris on "SNL."

Maya had a show called "The Maya Rudolph Show" - a variety show which was GREAT! But I think it was only on once. She really should have another show with Kristen. Those two together are comedy gold! And think of the guest stars: Ellen; Fred Armisen; Melissa McCarthy; Bill Hader...so funny!
