Blood, Oil, body tanning spray, make up etc, can all be taken out with Clorox 2. I know you use more natural stuff but this can save your sheets, and you can always rewash them with your natural detergent. We take it and use it in a condiment bottle from dollar tree for a quick spot remover.....I don't just add to the washer, I spot treat before.

Funny that you have shared about naked guests. We are a gay couple who owned a vacation rental, airbnb house in Palm Springs since 2016 and we had few guests walked out our front door in totally NUDE. We had neighbors all around us . Just totally shocked and speechless when checked the ring camera. Love you guys, watching almost every video on your youtube channel. We have been through almost identical problems from setting up to running our airbnb !!! ❤

I have that shunt and all that hidrocefalus due To cist inside brain. I got surgery when i Was 8. After that no problem. I am 42 now.

Hydrogen peroxide & baking soda make a paste let it sit as long as you can. IF the plain hydrogen doesn’t work. Maybe if you take the a pr of sheets home if need be I let them sit over night (what ever I’m getting stains out). I keep adding hydrogen peroxide a little at a time when the paste gets a little dry. Then let it sit over😊 If I thrift a white shirt and it has deodorant stains it always works for me.

If you have a ring doorbell you know that it sends you a notification with screenshot of the video when there is motion at the front door or when someone rings the doorbell. Well, I accidentally saw my guest topless because she decided to pick up a package from the front porch without a shirt on in the middle of the day. Maybe she forgot she was shirtless? I don’t know….i just thought it was very strange because we make it known that we have a video doorbell and our neighborhood is not desolate like Joshua Tree can be.

Look at the competition in the area, find homes that are performing well and take their ideas and make them your own. Put your own spice on something that is already working while providing something that isn't in the market. :)

Congratulations on Dec numbers! Oh I have a crazy story 😳! Our VR chalet is in the woods but the neighbors are visible from the road. So a person comes up our front walk with a dog and phone in hand. They headed over behind our garage where the fire pit area is so not fully on camera more of a side view. FYI we're not pet friendly.... thus why we we're reviewing the camera footage. Soon realized this person was not part of the 2 guests who had checked in the day before? This "person" in the words of George's mom on the show Seinfeld decided to use his body as an amusement park in our back yard 😲! I joke that our fire pit area has been violated and oh what has that poor dog seen? 🤦 Thank goodness the actual guests were not there at the time. We think it might have been a local person who used to shovel the walk way before we bought the place? Our take away - we try NOT to look at the cameras much cause some things you just don't want to know. 😁lol
