Oh sweet Kristen I’m so sorry!!! I know how you feel our fur babies are our kids. The prednisone will help tremendously! Our little dog was 14 and he had the exact same cancer, he was on prednisone for two and half years it really helped prolong his life! My prayers will be with you all!!! ❤

I use the dryer beads as a order absorber in an old damp rid container with a dryer sheet under the lid so the beads don't spill. Smells amazing !!

So sorry about Jasper! We have an older cat on Prednisolone for IBS but now she has kidney failure. So we are just enjoying the time we have left with her. It’s the worst part of loving our pets. I hope the time you have with him is precious ❤

When something happens to our babies we get soo upset and worried, it's sad, wish they could be with us forever! He reminds us of a protective dog to the RV how he roams. 😿crying with you bc I totally feel your pain. I literally went thru this same excate situation last September with my 18yr old Yorkie. One day noticed swollen belly & chest, next day not walking...rush to emergency vet, cancer. Gave Pred & by Monday had to put her down. The hardest thing ever!! So cherish the time you have....but I can tell you over time with grief the pain does lesson & it does get easier. I buried her with grave under our front yard oak 🌳 She has a nightlight that comes on at night & its almost like she's telling me goodnight...brings me comfort!! You should take a Paw Print of him to so you make memorial keepsakes after he passes. Sending hugs🤗🙏& prayers

So very sorry to hear this sad news. I’ve never had a cat but I did have a toy poodle for 15 years. The type of animal is irrelevant, our pets are our babies. And yes, they are an important part of the family. My fur baby also developed cancer. I kept him alive for another full year. Once I saw that his pain meds were no longer effective, I had to put him down. Please know you are not alone in your grief. Take care and may God bless.
