I notice you have quite amount of books that I too have and I especially love the "Purpose Driven Life" which served as a great blessing to me when I was once bedridden after a car accident that left me disabled but with great faith I can walk although with a cane but I keep on keeping on. I have taken the Kleenex box one step further, and I bought 30 hanker chiefs and stacked them like tissues in a tissue box. If I had guests, I would give them paper tissue, but it’s a money saver and an environmental saver for every day use. A lot of our single use paper products are harvested from old growth forests in Canada.

Hello Kristen….I have a question…I have a fairly minimalist taste when it comes to decor…with a slight fear of color beyond the greige color wheel😂…but I’m redoing my guest bathroom and in my house I’ve stayed with brushed nickel hardware, faucets etc etc but I do like the black faucet/hardware look…I want my house to be cohesive though…should I just stick with very modern versions of brushed nickel hardware or is it ok to have one bathroom diff than the rest of the homes hardware, faucets etc etc

Happy new year Kristen! Love your channel BUT I almost feel off my chair when you said wood paneling is in style! Our previous home had wormy chestnut.. the home was built in 1956. We thought it was really cool but when we were selling the realtor wanted us to paint it white! I thought that would be a sin. My mom always said if you wait long enough your stuff will come back into style. So like you say do what you love.
