Look nice but the same as a lot of KZbinr rooms make overs. All seem to use the same white by Benjamin more and the same panelling. I love when the rooms look different. Also all the KZbinrs getting free stuff from castle tree or whatever it’s called. I’d prefer the m to give stuff to the needy but I guess that’s just how it is.

I LOVE the way the his makeover turned out! So chic!! The only thing I would’ve done was paint the pantry door to match the walls. Otherwise, it looks fantastic!

I would paint all the cabinets as well! And i have to say that i love everything but the new table, it feels like an exterior table as our coffee shops here in europe… myaybe it is just my feeling but it is the only thing i would change😊

I like the breakfast nook makeover. It looks so much more sophisticated. The sideboard is lovely. Just personal preference - I don’t care for the chairs or the salt and pepper shakers on the sideboard. The walls are wonderful. Everything is so much more cohesive. The mirror mimics the living room mirrors. My favourite part of the video - the stopping of the earthquake. I can’t imagine living with that hovering over people’s lives.

I agree about the chairs. If the covers fit without wrinkles. I don't like the backs wrinkled. The table stem seems too thin. But I know nothing. Salt and pepper seemed odd, but your so talented. I will let it all sink in. Beautiful. ❤

Nothing odd about salt n pepper on the sideboard, after all it is a little breakfast nook and part of the kitchen . If your sitting there eating your eggs, you have your s n p right there.

Love it! The only thing I would’ve changed are the chairs, I would’ve gone with something more elevated, with color. I’m thinking velvet green or velvet dark chocolate brown would’ve been really nice to break up all the neutral and beige, just my opinion though

Honey, I am so proud of you. I have been watching you since you were decorating your bedroom and redoing small spaces in your parents house and you were very young still are but you were very young. So as a decorator for about 20 years in a large city to say that this breakfast area now feels like you walk through the rest your house you see that new breakfast space and it just flows and fits to perfection! It really does fit The House now and your style and it’s absolutely beautiful. I might have to keep my eye out for that Hutch or something like it. Truly amazing job., as a woman who is watching you for so long I’m just so proud of you and all you’ve accomplished❤️❤️❤️❣️

I love the colors and the mirror and buffet. I feel the table needs to be more substantial in the space. I would've liked to have sent the whole kitchen area but I suppose you're going to show us in your house reveal. You do lovely work.

Love, love, love the molding. What a difference that makes. The furniture is also very high quality. Love the end result. My personal changes would be matching the color of the pantry to match the walls and change out the mirror for something more sophisticated going with this look. Would go for Parisian chic, this mirror feels more farmhouse to me.

Love those sconces!!!! And the way you smashed out that picture railing finish - you make it look so easy. Not so sure about the slipcovers - they are not to my personal taste. But the whole colour scheme just looks so much more cohesive than before. Great job as always Kristen. ❤❤

The breakfast nook looks incredible now, Kristen. I love the honey-colored credenza, the jute rug, and the black accents including the mirror, doorknobs, and sconces. You know, I bought 5 battery operated lights: 2 sconces for my hall and three pendants for over my kitchen table. Hardly a day goes by that I don't have to charge up one of their bulbs! And I use them sparingly for just that reason. It's frustrating, especially since they can take 24 hours to fully charge. Attractive but not convenient.

I actually really love how the molding and the side board leveled up the room so much! I have a breakfast nook that I really need to start giving some life lol. We have a beautiful garden window and I think the mirror idea was excellent. I never even thought of that before but I think I’ll do that now so it brings some light into the space.

Beautiful and love the sconces. I bought a pair and didn’t realize I needed to have the wires hooked up. But I just learned that I can purchase a light bulb instead. Love it and now I don’t have to sell it since it is too late to return. Thank you

I use Oxford White by Benjamin Moore in an eggshell finish. Their primer is the best I’ve ever used. I really like how you clearly explain your process for making the wall panelling. My entry way and bedroom hallway are so boring!

The makeover is great. Love the walls and sideboard. The chairs and table seem out of place to me. They’re nice but I don’t think I’d put anything in front of that sideboard except the rug. It’s a feature that elevates the space so well. I Always enjoy watching the process 👍🏽

It looks lovely!! Earthquakes can be scary. I personally love them. Lol. I’m happy you are safe though! The only things I didn’t “love” was the color of the panty doors. I feel like they stick out. The salt and pepper shakers on the sideboard as well. However it’s not my home. As long as you are pleased that’s all that matters. It’s beautiful. Hi Kristen, the reason that your primer didn't cover as well as it should, I noticed you got the deep tint based primer of fresh start the 46 04, its for tinting dark colors hence the transparency, the 46 00 would have saved you a lot of time!!! Hope that might be helpful for future painting!!! 😁 Another fabulous makeover!!!🥰 I am so glad you are ok after that scary earthquake!!!!
