He says it just takes patience and time. Meanwhile, Noem has another disturbing story in her book. The same day she shot her dog, Noem also shot her family's pet goat. That's ridiculous! Sometimes you get a damaged dog. I had a white german shepherd who could not be trained. She was also vicious if she didn't know you and would bite. She had no control when she came near a cat and would attack no matter what. As she got older she even bit me when I turned to walk away from her. I had to have the animal control put her down.
