Hey Bob, hey Kristian... great interview. If I may say: over the years and amount of interviews I have notived that Kristian has become so much more relaxed when in conversation. So much fun listening and watching. THX to both of you! BEST, Foli

Another excellent interview Bob! You have such rapport with Kristian - he is so comfortable speaking with you. I feel privileged to "listen in" and to learn so much about his training, his goals, and his whole outlook. Kristian is truly unique! Thanks Bob!!

Another great interview. Thanks Bob and Kristian. I wish the movers and shakers in this sport would spend more resources on getting young people interested. I grew up in Texas, playing american football and competing in rodeo. If you were a runner, and we didn't have many, you were not cool and didn't have a chance getting a date ! I would love to see triathlon as a high school sport so more people would have a chance at a lifetime of fitness. More than 70% of Americans are overweight, 40% obese and the Ironman world championship is not even nationally televised ! Terrible . We should leverage guys like Kristian, Magnus, Sam, Gustav, etc to attract more young people.
