To add to a fantastic cruise, we were so blessed to bump into you and Claudia, and your lovely group in the Tongass forest in Sitka. So I travel a lot for work and feel you on the diet thing. I buy fruit powders from a company called ruvi. They’re a bit more on the pricey side but are shelf stable and always in my suitcase. Super healthy. I also travel with a blendjet and oat milk powder in individual packets and individual protein powder packets and I’m good for some daily smoothies where at least I get something healthy in me before I’m turning my diet into trash the rest of the day.

I hope Eve feels better soon! I am a professional horse trainer and rider.. I travel the country with students and horses competing in jumping. I’ve only ever been on one cruise before and can’t imagine a ship will ever have horses, so I will probably never work on one, but I find your content so interesting. Also, Kristin Hannah is one of my absolute favorites.. second only to Jodi Picoult.

I've been waiting for you to get to Seattle, yay! That overpass crossing to get to Whole Foods is so awkward. I rode it on my bike with my daughter the other day, and it was sketchy as hell, and I was thinking, "I bet Kristine and crew are going to do this because Whole Foods is the closest grocery store" 😅. Why can't Eve go off the ship? is it to prevent further injury problems or just if you can't work you can't go off the ship type thing. Hope she recovers soon.
