Another tasty looking casserole dish. 😋 I would probably substitute healthier tots for myself. I use the cheddar cheese soup in addition to several cheeses in my tasty potluck macaroni and cheese. Casseroles are Fast and easy for a crowd. I wouldn't be able to eat it all by myself. I'd probably cut the recipe on half using 9x9x9 dish.

I mix the soup, sour cream and cooked beef, put it in the pan. Top with cheese, tater tots on top. This way, the tots stay crispy.

That almost how I make it but I make it by putting ground beef at bottom, then camples chedder cheese soup, seasonings, french green beans and top it with tater tots. The tots get nice and crispy. My kids love it that way too ! Yum!!😊😋😋

Mix cream of mushroom soup w browned ground beef. Meat&soup mix on bottom. Tots on top. Bake so they are crispy. Remove and sprinkle cheese. (Tots on bottom will be more mushy)

Believe it or not, the cheese soup & sour cream would be a great binder in a lasagna. If u dont want cheese soup, cream of chicken or mushrooms or celery works just as well
