Same here! This is a keeper! I make another version of this, but would like to try this one. I buy the already cooked small hams, cube them by 1 or 2 cup portions, freeze them, then they’re ready for recipes. Same with the roasted chickens at FM. Wonderful recipe Kristen! I make chicken cordon bleu quite often but my recipe is a little bit more time-consuming than yours I take thin chicken cutlet and put slices of ham and swiss then I roll it dipping and butter them bread crumbs then lay within the pan and bake it but your recipe sounds so easy and a good way to use up leftover chicken I plan on trying this
