Bibingka and Puto Bungbong are best enjoyed with Tsokolate Patirol, especially during the Christmas season. They are typically served right after the morning mass, known as 'Simbang Gabi'. 12:18 I tried a recipe of korean egg bread from maangchi, and I was like, “oh bibingka pala” I love the bibingka with salted egg as toppings & yong bibingkang galapong (rice flour) but the egg bread that uses wheat/all purpose flour is a good too & was easy to make.
