Krokbragd technique: how to weave mushrooms and bees motif on a frame loom + a bit about me 🧶 🤓

Hi! I'm Dani and this is my first video in english! If you have been watching my videos and you speak spanish you'll find the subtitles available.
This is a decision I've made at least for some of my videos from now on. So there's going to be a mix of both languages.
This is just an attempt of me trying to reach more people and show them what I do and a way of forcing myself to keep practicing english, which has become my second language (as a native spanish speaker I've been having dreams and thoughts in english since I started travelling and I really don't want to lose that).
Also thank you for bearing with my accent. I hope everything is understandable.

Thank you for showing us. I purchased a small loom in December 2022, ordered it online at the toy department, then started. This technique really appeals to me and I am surely going to try this. Also thank you for the "calm" music in this video, it made me concentrate better while watching.

Hola. No conocía esta técnica. De casualidad encontré tu vídeo y me encantó. Espero animarme a hacer uno de tus diseños. Pero cómo saber cual color sigue o por cual fila hacer para sacar un diseño?. Existen patrones o gráficos para seguir y uno saber cómo hacerlo. Gracias

Hola! Trato de usar casi la misma cantidad de agujas que colores usados para el textil. Aún así no es necesario. Muchas veces debo usar la misma aguja e ir cambiando de color a medida que voy tejiendo. Gracias a vos! Abrazo, Dani.

Hola Ana! Por acá no puedo publicar imagenes, si querés buscame en Ig o FB y te muestro. De todas formas, un secreto que comparto sobre Krokbragd es que los bordes jamás quedan perfectos. Los textiles antiguos tejidos con esta técnica jamás quedaban perfectos en los bordes, es una de las características que tiene. Nos enseña a abrazar la imperfección.
