Krompir je omiljeno jelo u mojoj kući pa se često sprema i u različitim kombinacijama.
Ovaj put se radi kao musaka, dodajemo fantastičan sos od sira i malo suhog mesa da pridonese još ljepšem mirisu.
Jelo je predivno, ukusno, mirisno. I od srca ga preporučujem.
Pekla sam ga 25 min na 180 stepeni.
Sastojci:
1 kg krompira
150 gr gaude
200 gr kiselog vrhnja
100 ml mlijeka
1 kašičica crvene paprike
1 kašičica suhog začina
so, peršun, biber
oko 100 gr suhog mesa

Potatoes are a favorite dish in my house, so they are often prepared in different combinations.
