I always wondered why more big farms don't use these types of mowers. I know they are expensive but so are JD swathers and other options.

We really like the big M and there are a lot in our area for the most part. People just have different preferences I guess.

Because you can have a tractor with a triple mower set up and cut the same width and can take the mowers off and utilize the tractor the rest of the year

The tractors mowers just don’t compare to the big m. We don’t want to use the tractor all year because when it comes time to mow the tractor ends up breaking and then you gotta deal with that. Seen it happen countless times. We love the Big M.

@@802Farmers your farm seems to have kept to a smaller number of tractors than some of a similar size so it makes a lot of sense. Plus you might need one to haul if you have a truck problem.

The old one is 30 feet and the new one is 32 feet
