OH MY GOSH! I HAVENT EVEN WATCHED IT YET BUT THANK YOU! You are my main inspiration for playing Bouncer and wanting to main it. I always appreciate your insight and thoughtfulness and approach to sharing info, so I look forward to finishing!

What perfect timing I just started playing bouncer and it actually got me back into ngs

Great guide! I had no idea about WA forward for more Fanatic damage. I think the greatest issue I have currently is I'm really bad with my blocking. I think it's inexperience and just not knowing timings and enemy animations so I'd like to improve there. Also thank you for going into detail about TA customizations. I finally feel comfortable enough to invest in them!

Man. I remember first getting into ngs and looking up bouncer stuff and finding your original BO guide. Still don’t play bouncer lol but the more ya know, yk

Its interesting to see other BO main playstyles and setup compared to me. (Bouncers FOREVER!) I was JB over SB (before class revamp) but now equally leveled between the 2. I'm inclined to heavily use PA variants on SBs & Techniques on JBs, ALOT of players I've seen go physical down so I'll add elemental to synergize. Not going to lie, I'M NOT A FAN OF FANATIC BLADE. If anyone can shed some better light on using this skill, I'd appreciate it. I didn't know about doing Jetsweep Jolt after PB (or even charging skill at that) for bonus damage, this guide is helpful AF. My mobility has enhanced from watching your past guide & this one now.

Mixing up Pheasant and Stork momentarily before realizing the error was just algorithmic min/maxing. :D I'll do my part by commenting on it despite it being corrected moments later in the video. :D Because I use Soaring Gunblade, I use Reaping Regulus custom with Critical Blade as my main gap closer and Waving Rigel to ground instantly and maintain a certain position. Being able to ram yourself into any kind of barrier with Roaring Pheasant is great. :D I like the Type 3 on it for the ability to accelerate Pinion buildup whenever something goes wrong (like if you realize a Break is coming and you need it sooner).

Very informative. I thought there was some kind of combo of PA finisher mixing i’d need to do, but knowing its generally always best to use the whole PA, or cancel into its own finisher, takes some stress off me lol. Plus, knowing JB has the better PB since it also builds jolt gauge may change some stuff for me as well. I tend to use a bit of jetboots, so for me personally, having faster pinion blade TAC on roaring pheasant is necessary. Basically, I use JB’s Fierce Wave (hold) with increased duration TAC and surging impulse (hold) to build a full Jetsweep jolt gauge while i’m primarily shredding the enemy with soaring blades to build my Pinion gauge. Its shines primarily against enemies that aren’t terribly mobile, but if i do things right, i can use both jetsweep jolt on cooldown, and pinion blade close to it. Soaring felt a bit too simple to me, but boots feel kinda weak for the effort imo, so adding these steps was a great way to spice it up… for me its a dps increase, but I’m not sure if its an actual improvement in dps over optimal straight soaring blade gameplay. Definitely alot more effort though, so if things go awry i just convert to pure soaring until i can get my bearings.

I like soaring blade bouncer its very chill to play. I can just let the PA animation play and occasionally block attacks with weapon action.

I think there's merit in the +Pinion gauge crafts. While it's true that you can easily build Pinion within the cooldown if you're actively fighting a boss, you can't always actively fight. Sometimes bosses just move away out of range, or have moments where they're just not attackable. It's easy to have the Pinion cooldown finish without recharging it in those situations.

i was on the same idea a while ago but after talking it over with some of the better bo players we kinda agreed in those cases the +Pinion crafts made little to no difference

As a bouncer blades main. This class is great n all, but theres something missing, theres something about it that it just needs more of. It should have been soaring blades and double saber qq

No using Jet Intensity while enemies are down anymore?
@KronoKatastrophy6 ай бұрын
this is specifically how i play and i play soring blades only. if you have JBs multi weaponed and you dont have any recourses so no pb, no pinion, and no jolt then yes you would JI during the down assuming its long enough to get the entire thing. but if you have any of the other things i mentioned then nope

How I play bouncer? Stay away from boots. Just blades, shield counter whenever possible and just go ham. Easily the strongest class imo. Unlike slayer, it's a perfect balance of offence and defense with a really short active charge(if you use the only correct pa variant for beyblade), in other words. It's PERFECT. But i won't be lying if i said that i don't want to play something else. Only other classes feel like Dudu touched them all over in comparison. And Slayer is just boring, lowest skill class once you understand it. Lots of input spam, but actual skill and decision making is nonexistent. (as a SUB SL is really good if you crit a lot, i don't run out of pp when fighting bosses nearly ever) Right now, Soaring Blades are GOD.

*how you play SB in 2024 Edit: you essentially covered Boots for the most part. There is no nuance, just jetsweep jolt.
@KronoKatastrophy6 ай бұрын
there are some small nuances they are just largely ignored for the most part. boots is mostly jolt, WA dodge, charge PA repeat
