When I picture a musician in the truest sense of the word it's Dan Auerbach. Even if Dan never became a rich and famous musician he would still be playing in clubs and bars every night.

Exactly people hate on The Black Keys for 'Changing' so much. I'm not quite sure. I feel more like Dan was like "Iv'e now brought the music I want in the world, now I want to make money off my art.' I feel like the pop influence was always there, he just turned the gain down lol

For those of you that have the opportunity see an amazing band live in an intimate setting like this, if you're watching the show through your phone, I almost feel sorry for you. As someone who went to their Turn Blue and Dropout Boogie concerts, I was hella disappointed when they only played THREE songs from their respective new albums. They played great, but I’m tired of hearing the hits. They have so many awesome deep cuts! I can understand if they don’t play the ones with Beck or the rappers, but at least Please Me, Fever Tree, etc. has to be up there for consideration.
