He didn't dis Drake he simply said playing the same songs over and over again and that's with anybody. Radio hypnotize the mindless, Prince said the same thing.

I met Chris aka KRS ONE in 1986. A couple pounds lighter. At the time he came out with South Bronx with Boogie Down Productions. Brilliant Album as well that debut record. In 1987 he lost his DJ Scott La Rock to Gun Violence. I met him as well as the Legendary Latin Quarters in early 87 at one of my showcases. He won an award that night. Hip Hop is being hijacked. The people who grew up with it knows that. They set up the radio for us to listen to it the way they want us too. He's right. I stop supporting it a long time ago. No offense against Drake,but it's true.

Drake is an overrated, monotone bore. It's easy to shine in this era of horrible hip hop flakes.
@PrimeraEspadaStark4 жыл бұрын
You're mad ignorant if you think this era is horrible. If anything it's harder to shine, because the internet age brough without 1000 times more people trying to become hip hop music artists. And Drake's generation still has Kendrick, Cole, Big KRIT, Rapsody, Wale, Meek Mill, Cyhi The Prynce, and more. With skilled younger minds like Saba, Noname, JID, Reason, Boogie, Ezri, Nick Grant and more on the come up now
