What i dont understand is why our birthchart is made up of planets only in our solar system. What about the billions of other planets in our galaxy or the billions of planets in other galaxies.

They aren't close enough to have the energies of these inner planets, asteroid belt, and the outer planets Neptune, Uranus, Pluto. It is about our neighborhood.
