Checked the film out on a whim in a bargain bin at Walmart as a lover of fantasy and science fiction. Very underrated and fun fantasy sci-fi action film, and while not the most groundbreaking in terms of story I love the world, weapons, characters, and score by James Horner. 👍👍

Had so much potential, great characters and a good story , turned into 3 journeys of total boredom for most of the film. And a boring flat action scene ending. At the time ,I used to get high and go see the SUnday matinee with my friends , it was a flat boring movie. Really needs to be re-done, somebody could make a great movie of it . But as PC would prevent that from being a good or great movie , it is not possible anymore, IMO
