There is a woman at my church who cantors and her voice literally gives me a headache. After church, I have to take 3 Excedrin Migraine pills. Normally, when she sings I wear ear plugs; but I forgot them last Sunday and she was loud even for her. The woman thinks that every high note has to be loud - really, really loud. I guess no one every taught her about the dynamics that every piece of music has written into it. I wouldn't be surprised if she wasn't cracking the stained glass! Her voice is ok, but that high note screeching just makes me want to skip church entirely. I have no idea why someone hasn't said something to her. At the very least, they need to take the microphone away from her because even without a microphone, I think she could still be heard miles away. I have been asked to sing at church because my voice is decent; but I really don't want to be a member of any musical organization that has that woman as a cantor. Why on earth do people have to be loud when they are singing into a microphone?

(Unless you're a self-centered ass who has never been told no, then you just flip out because someone dares to say you can't sing.)

0:48 There is actually SOMETHING there. He would actually sound pretty good if he wasn't tone deaf and got some lessons. Same thing with 3:23. Too bad she looks utterly ridiculous though. Again with 7:34, but she has this nasally, high pitched thing she does with her voice that is incredibly annoying- almost like nails on a chalkboard. Lessons would teach her how to find a balance in her timbre and would fix that.

The sad part of this is that the handlers of the contestants are purposely giving the untalented a false hope, by passing them thru to the panel of judges and better yet filming their sad auditions, causing them unexpected shock when they are told they have no talent.. The producers know they are bad sounding and yet uses these poor souls just to mock them and gain viewers, very underhanded and exploitive and mean spirited.
@whitewolf86447 жыл бұрын
I've always said the same. The contestants don't get to see the judges until they've sang for some other people, who know full well these contestants suck lol. It is kinda mean and very cringe worthy.
