Very helpful video! Thank you very much. I had the machine for over a year now and i was having those issues with milk the last week. Although this fixes the problem, do you think buying a new tube set will make it work again as it was before? (without having to adjust the tube every single time).

Do you have problem with milk warmth or heat also? I mean I don’t think coffee is hot enough if I make it with milk. Maybe I use cold milk that’s why?

I dont notice something like that but i think with milk will be a little colder ... you have to use cold milk otherwise it does not make foam

How far is the tube into the milkpack???

Hello. I `ve bought the same model as yours (KRUPS Intuition) this is the first time I use it but I`m having problems with the coffee machine and I don't know If I`m missing something or the machine has a malclfunction When I turned on the machine for the first time I followed the instructions showed in the led screen but when the first cleaning process begins the water doesn't flow trough the conducts and it turns off it self. Did you have the same problem ? I`m missing something? I`ve tried more than 10 times and always is the same. Thank you for your help.

to me that happends if water in tank is finished or if that plastic inside is not good conected ... it makes some steam and then it turns off ... but i think your problem is different i think it turns off beacouse water is not coming...
