Krups EA81 - NO MORE leaking - Clean distributor and drain valve

hello. In this video I am disassembling and cleaning the drain valve and distributor for a Krups EA81 EA80.

I have a Bosch built-in coffee machine,, it brews the coffee but it drops in the tray nothing in the cup, steam, and water nozzle no problem. I changed the drain valve, and it worked for 2 weeks then again the same problem no coffee in the cup all drops in the tray. what do you think is the problem?

Can you tell us about problem with PCB power Gsm0300143 for Krups ea816570/70k, the bd didn't detect the water'presence even when the voltage of 4.5v is detected and present in the connector J2(water level,water meter), the machine is only stoping and indicate no water in the tank. Hi there and thanks for the video. I have cleaned entire distributor (even though it wasnt dirty), but it still have a lot of steam in the dip tray at the end of the cycle. Sealings looks god. What could be reason for this?

Hi, I need to help. You showed how to clean distribution system. But on the bottom are connected 3 hoses for water - my question is it’s possible dismantling this part? In my Krups flows water from this part. Thank you for your feedback

I cleaned it like you did in the video but the distributor makes a strange noise I think the engine doesn't turn the distributor

Hello Adrian, i love what you do! My EA81 always stops the Piston right before it lowers into its position and goes back up again. Also that little black gear on the side turns and makes this distinct noise everytime. What could be my Problem? I already descaled the water flow meter. Why does the piston not go down all the way? Thank you!

Hi Viktor, I know what you are talking about and I am afraid based on the symptoms' you have one of the nasties defects there is. Behind the piston and water heater there is a lowering mechanism that pulls the piston along a big rod. That big rod is inside a cylinder that has a very powerful spring and a lot o grease. Unusually what happens inside that cylinder water make it's way and the grease is washed away and the rod starts to rust. To repair this defect you need to change the entire Cylinder part.

Are you refering to the small spring attached on right side of the piston? If yes, that is used to cream the small coffee slide on which it glides.

podobny model EA826E (pacjent zrobił 10 tyś kaw) , objawy są takie iż rozpoczyna parzenie kawy, pierwsze powiedzny max 10 sekund wszystko jest OK a potem zaczyna wyrzucac wode z parą, co powoduje dłuższe parzenie (ilośc kwy wygląda na prawidłową), wyglada jak by był problem z podawaniem odpowiedniej ilości wody, obnizenie temperatury powoduje jedynie że problem zaczyna sie nieco później teraz nie wiem czy albo pompa wody daje za małe ciśnienie, albo zawór 2 bar za słaby i cześc zaczyna wracac gdy woda sie w kociołku podczas parzenia gotuje, dystrybutor wody czysty, działa poprawnie (daje goraca wode i parę bez problemów), podczas płukania woda leci ale wydaje mi się że wiecej wraca na tackę, zawór 2 bar wymienione uszczelki, wszystkei uszczelki wymienione, wyczyszczone, nie wyglada aby był kamień, pomysły mi sie skończyły po 2 dnaich walki nie wiem czy wymieniać cały zawór 2 bar na nowy, czy moze pompa wody, albo cos innego.....

@ niestety to nie zawór 2 bar, bo to pomogło na chwile, a pomogło dlateo bo wyczyściłem młynek... lecz problem był gdzie indziej po prostu skonczył sie młynek, mianowicie starły się łopatki wyrzutnika zmielonej kawy, to powodowało iz stopniowo zostawała kawa i młynek ją mielił na drobny pył, ta drobno zmielona kawa powodowała iż cisnienie było za małe aby przepchnąc wodę i sie przegrzewało i wyrzucało poprzez zawór 2 bar do dolnej tacki, czyszczenie młynka pomagalo powiedzmy na 50 kaw a potem problem wracał, dopiero wtedy zauważyłem iż łopatki się starły i jest to przyczyna problemów.

Acele arcuri nu se vând separat. Doar tot angrenajul de ridicare /coborâre și este extrem de scump. Recomandarea mea e să cauți un aparat stricat pt piese.
