You said it correct. First they will create problem. Then they will sell to solve the problem by recommending products of some companies. First, they will tell to remove all weeds and keep the place clean. Farmer will do as he says. Ground will directly come under sun and all micro organism and earthworm will disappear because of no food and land is direct under sun. With bio mass disappering there is shortage of natural fertlizers the plant can take. This is the time they recommend chemical fertizers and farmer will follow what they say. With chemical fertizers plants are week to grow and they recommend pesticides. Due tto this cost of production goes up tgey recommend seeds from multinational companies. These educated people systematically destroyed the natural farming or symboiasis relationship with plants and organism and made us totally depend on multi national companies. Farmer is not paying tax but by buying these products we are paying millions in taxes indirectly.

Halvana is a good compost. Having pepper vein over silver is always a better option, cause it stands strong so that it would be easy while harvesting ( pepper is a highly sensitive crop, it won't sustain too much moisture or too much sunny)
