thanks bud, it's the Quick Jack BL 7000. I picked it up from one of my riding buddies for 1K. not bad. it's on rollers so it's pretty portable.

I try my new spring tool like yours but the reserve tank is in the way to close the clamp did you have to make a bracelet to hold the clamp on the lower spring

when I use mine the reserve tank is above the lower clamp and facing out. I had to look back to see how it set. kzbin.info/www/bejne/iGnYhKltn8yZftk freeze this video at 4:40 you can see how the shock is on top of the gold bracket with the reservoir facing out. the rings under the springs sit on that gold bracket.
