Maybe should look at kraftwerks offroad super charger. They seem to have their supercharger kit dialed. They also helped me with the Honda talon turbo kit questions on a weekend and afterhours.

I have the same problem. I've been trying to get a tune that works 100% for a year. I changed the gasoline pump for a walbro 255 and it got a little better.

They can’t tune it at all until you download your stock file and send it to them, which is basically gives them like a “password” for your ecu. I just sold mine after not using after 6 months of not taking it out to drive because I couldn’t get a good tune for it, did bigger fuel pump with a surge tank. Not defending force turbos btw i was upset after setting basically an appointment to send files back and forth and get it dialed in and Bryce at force turbos flaked on me and I ended up not being able to go on my dune trip with my friends. I personally think I could’ve built the kit a little better and not used a garret turbo and been like 2k into it. I’m tempted to buy another krx and run a mega squirt ecu or something

Also I closed the gap on mine to .025 and the popping pretty much went away I also ran a adjustable fuel pressure regulator with boost reference and adjusted the base pressure down until it stopped dropping on its face. It ran okay but I think needed more timing

get rid of the kit. its not even intercooled. because the intake charge will always be hot, you wont be able to run any timing in your machine (which equals not making much power) MAF=mass air flow. the KRX has a MAP sensor (Manifold Absolute Pressure) MAP sensors are rated in BAR (not band) ...1 bar=14.7psi ....a 2 bar map sensor can read 14.7 psi of boost pressure. a 3bar can read 29.4psi of boost pressure check out the Kraftwerks Supercharger

I've had my tuner over 8 months ! Still runs like shit . Worst experience I've ever had . Don't answer there phone ......assholes ! No tune sent with mine also .....no idea how their in business

What ever happened, did you get the turbo running right or did you get refunded? I’m curious because I have had it for about a year on my KRX and I’m still having issues since I bought the turbo.

actually i gave up trying to get it figured out. bryce is no longer tuning at force and thay now have another guy trying to figure the krx out.
