To be clear to everyone this mod will not have any cannon stuff in it what so ever. In legends Geonosis before the Galactic Civil War revolted against the Empire. also known as the Subjuation of Geonosis after there revolt the system became Neutral during the war and the reason why they where never in the Gacatic Civil War because the species didnt want to start another war like the Clone Wars..

That's a nice mod ! i love the maps with customize skins and details like dead clones ans droids, crashed vehicules... And have other mods than CW mods is really cool because even for the GCW there are not many mods for this era, but the 2nd GCW and the yuuzhan vong ! This gonna be awesome to play as the Yuuzhan !

It's just a feature of some mods. There is no way to disable it unless other than uninstalling a mod that causes it.
