Thanks man! I just did xact same install on my 2019. I used a jack, 2 stands, and I dont have any impact wrenches. Still was a breeze with your help. Some tips: 1. Make sure you loosen you tire bolts before you jack it up. 2. Instead of worrying about break line and speed sensor I just tied the spindle up prior to knocking it off of the ball joint. Just used some 550 cord. 3. Every one says to get a air chisel hammer (not you) to remove the torsion bar. It is not needed. Once you remove the key, a few wacks with a hammer on the torsion bar and it will move freely. Very easy. 4. I put the control arm in first, and then put the ball joint on, dont do this. Do it like this guy does in this video. Thanks again!

Just a FYI, You want to tighten the cam bolts with the weight of the vehicle on the suspension.

Well I wouldn't recommend putting on the small lift to set it up where all the front end components are operating at their limits. If you want more lift get a 4 or 6 inch. You can crank the bars as high as you want......the shock is what will limit ride height

So, were you that much higher...almost 3", just putting the key adjustment bolts back to where they were, or did you crank the bolts in further? I would like to do mine to where the front end was still about 1/2" lower. I tow a boat, so not too heavy. I think it was a great video, thank you

I don't see that you installed the rubber bump for the droop stop on the frame rail. Why is that? I installed mine and I have no clearance. Is that optional?

This has been long ago enough now that I don't even remember what parts came in this kit but I don't recall any droop stops that came with it at the time unless been updated since.

Thanks for watching! Cv angles where reasonable but I thought ride quality to be quite noticeably worse. I think would be money better spent putting a 4 inch lift on and leaving keys on the softer side if looking for ride quality, this truck having the plow is probably fine with that weight out front to offset the stiffness but without it the truck rides like a solid axle square body in my opinion.

Really.. yea I've been back and forth with level vs lift for a bit. Wanted a 4 inch bds for the longest time, but my taste changed in that I don't want the truck that tall anymore.. started looking at leveling kits but those can be pricey for a good as you know, everyone says just don't max the keys out.. I did take a co-workers sierra 2500hd for a spin, he got keys but only went up like 1-1/2 inch on them, seemed fine to me, angles weren't changed dramatically.. so in my mind I kinda figured I'd get a nice kit, only crank it up a little🤷‍♂️, hopefully be fine, we'll see haha

Worse than stock but not terrible, I think a better ride could be achieved by installing a 4 inch kit and leaving the torsion low

Would probably be a smoother ride if you added the Suuspention Maxx diff drop kit . Seems like most are using Krypto UCA and the rest suspension Maxx

A differential drop doesn't affect the ride quality in any way, All it does is lower the differential to help correct the angle of the CV shafts.

You should never be measuring ride height from the top of the tire. Uneven tire wear and inflation pressures give you erroneous measurements. Always measure from the wheel centerline to the fender well.

Ball joint goes on bottom for leveled trucks and top for stock level ride. Your supposed to be on the bottom for leveled truck
