I agree with your statement on rpm, I screen shot the tach, 8400 at 56 mph is insane for this style of vehicle, it also tells me the CVT stays closed a lot like the KRX which in turn will cause the same issue at the KRX, roller weights and flyweights go bad often. Why? Geared too low. Why? maybe the new engine makes the HP there. I was looking for another HVAC unit for myself, that alone put me out of the Ridge market.

So how much quicker is it than a KRX? Can you feel a significant increase in torque?
