INFAMOUS WALK in Duljo Fatima Cebu City Philippines [4K]

Duljo Fatima in Cebu City Philippines is another neighborhood in which a number of people have said was one of the most dangerous places in Cebu City. I wanted to see for myself how this place was, and with my findings, it was no different than the typical urban populations that I've been to. The people were just as nice, granted that some of them were curious about me walking around with a camera. But once I finished my walk, and I decided to buy some ice cream for the kids around the neighborhood, they became more at ease with me. You can see the bonus footage at the end. Just like Pasil and Ermita, Duljo Fatima in Cebu City Philippines gets a bad rap, but I'm here to say that it isn't all what people say.
