I lived in that area for 5 years when I was a college student. Walked around that area pretty late often, like in the wee hours to eat after a long study session or drinking session lol. Not once I was mugged, or got possessions snatched or pickpocketed in all of my 5 years there. Funny thing is I experienced those things in Cebu Business Park instead.

Used to go there a lot when I was a college student in USJ-R (2011-2016). Dangerous if you don't check your surroundings and are always using your phone but you can turn the predator into the prey if you're situationally aware.

cebu must become like davao clean and beautiful.but it will never gonna happen because of there leaders not that really good they just only receiving award but there place has no change its just the same just like before.they should be strict like the leader of davao. Transportation in cebu should make them capable and easy because its not that really great its hassle and the fare is too much.

This is the oldest street in the PH Colon street. I had the opportunity to lived in the 3 Major Cities Manila, Cebu and Davao, My observation is that Manila is at the forefront and Cebu is much more developed and cleaner than Davao. Davao is years behind urban planning, waste management, developments and sometimes the mindset is very different they seem to be very defensive and have chip on their shoulder, but hopefully they should catchup.
