Pools when we were there were closed by 9 pm that was a bummer but some of the rooms have those swim out portions to them if you stay at the Alton tower they have privacy fence swim out rooms

Awesome video, I've looked at a few different travel sites and even the hotel site itself and none of them had photos similar to the room you stayed in. Can you recall the description (size / details) of them room. I'm gonna try to reach out to them via telephone to book my stay.... thanks

The room size was definitely bigger than your normal hotel rooms because of the added living room/kitchen area. Our bedroom was separated by the living space area so it felt big for what we paid. I cant really tell you size/demensions wise but it was worth the value if you plan on hanging out at the resort alot. It was my first time and I just wanted something nice for my birthday but didnt want to over spend. I also probably wouldnt have chose it if I knew I was going to be away from the resort as much. However again, if you plan on making the most of the resort its worth the upgrade to this room.

If you still out there how would you compare this to the Riu Sante Fe? I made my first ever trip out of the USA and to Cancun this last February. Went solo. i did like the resort Riu Peninsula and I like the ability that I could I guess people watch while I was on the balcony. Is there really much difference between this and Riu Sante Fe?

I did a get a chance to check out RIU and I will say RUI had more of a party vibe than where we were. Krystal grand does have pool parties but RUI just felt like it had a more party atmosphere….. it your looking to relax Krystal Grand is great for the price..

I didn’t do much as i wasn’t there for a while but they do have a person in the lobby that is dedicated for things to do while in Cabo. There was a lot of things and the area hotels all have things you can attend even if your not staying. I do have another video before this one on my channel about the time we spent in Los Cabo’s. We went down to the Marina and walked around and took a yacht evening cruise…thanks for watching

Just booked this hotel and all I see is bad reviews. Kinda freaking out. How’s the beach?

Well, there are no real beach activities around this resort as there are signs that say the waves/tides are too rough. you have to go down the strip a bit to get to that. I have another video before this that shows the walking on the beach right by the resort. Most of the hotels right along that area all say the same thing. Not to swim in the waters nearby. However. What is the condition of the rooms? I saw bad reviews about the rooms being outdated and smelly

I can tell you that the room we had was nothing of what I had saw as well during my time finding reviews on this place. I will say that the regular room that I saw when we were visiting with someone, we met at the resort didn't look to bad. So from our experience I think it the rooms were just fine and good for the value. Thank you for watching.

I’m in the same boat. Going on a group birthday trip for a family member and I’m seeing that the reviews are really bad. I’m concerned about that but am going to be a good sport for the sake of the birthday boy

Can you pay to get the Alton benefits?

I did ask while I was there and they did not have a day pass or benefits package to use the Alton towers. I was able to tour it when their wasn’t a lot of people in the morning

Yes its all inclusive. its one of the greater resorts that is not to expensive.
