I can understand your perspective about psychedilic, but I think that we as humans have the direct access to expand our consciousness without the need of psychedelics, which can be dangerous for our health. For me adjusting our lifestyle and Spiritual practice are safe ways to expand and grow safely and truly. I have had many “extra sensory “ experiences without drugs..so it’s very important to remember that we are naturally super without the need of external resources.

I had a medical emergency at bushweek in the jungle and it turned me off forever!..a lifetime of experimenting, the plant medicines have been my greatest teachers..always be in a calm safe space and treat with deepest respect xox the plants have the deity, chemicals don't, that's what I have found.

I hardcore relate to taking mushrooms scared and alone in my room. Now I’m scared to take psychedelics again. It left PTSD-like symptoms on me. I can’t smoke weed or even take drowsy cold medicine without this stupid anxiety shit popping up. It was never like this before. I took them to expand my consciousness. Now my brain is fucked up. I wish I would have never taken them.
@l8terivy6 жыл бұрын
I had to come back to this post. There were some positives to the trip. I no longer believe that I can escape my problems through suicide. I learned that there is no true “death.” I was able to move away from suicidal tendencies. I have also been able to manage my depression tremendously. Idk if that was a result of the shrooms or what, but I’m out of that dark tunnel I was in prior to my trip. My life also changed TREMENDOUSLY. I’m not even the same person I was before the trip. Again, this could just be my own person growth nothing to do with shrooms. Just thought I’d leave some positivity.

Psychedelics are abused by most people nowadays without knowing what it's been used for. Definitely!! No doubt these are powerful tools one can use to achieve enlightenment and people who have a serious intent for humanity and collective consciousness. Although recently, I had a very bad experience with ayahuasca people whom I did with didn't hold me the right space, I threw up shouting getting beatings from the facilitator. I wish to take them again with right people because it felt like my process is incomplete meaning I didn't see what I need to do for myself and the rest of humanity

"If you treat plant medicines with respect by doing the necessary research and with the correct preparation (e.g. meditation) then they can be used as a catalyst for spiritual development." is something I often say (as well as "Life is about enhancing reality not escaping from it.") 🙏🏽 On my KZbin channel I have a playlist featuring Ayahuasca (N,N-DMT) as well as a plethora of other subjects which I have jokingly called 'the toolbox to spiritual enlightenment'.😅 IMHO (as I'm not medically qualified), taking any drugs before the brain is fully formed (estimated around the age of 25) has an inherent risk. That includes weed and alcohol. Although using psychedelics later in life can repair that 'damage' e.g. via neurogenesis. Namaste and good luck on finding the right path for you. 🤞🏽

Dark stars scare planets sometimes, power games are annoying. RF bark, gramine in golden wattle gold like an old Honda accord you got stuck with that needs to be fixed, aging clocks left and right, getting better 'n better but bots need to be lifting to the NOW challenge; sing a magic song. Stick instruments. I have been depressed and feel like my life is just an insufferable waste for years now and I’m only 19.. I’ve come to realize that micro dosing psychedelics may benefit me greatly. On the other hand I’m also worried that I’ll just have terrible experiences that may be detrimental to my mental health. I’m so disassociated with everything and I abhor the thought of my life. everything has ought to change. I detest addiction but I feel like I’ll end up being a junkie if nothing changes. I’d like to be able to experience meditation and be able to get a full grasp of mindfulness which I would expect to make me not feel so nihilistic about life. I feel equally as pessimistic as I do optimistic about trying psychedelics maybe I’ll get a fresh perspective or I’ll get an insight into what a terrible human being I am it’s kind of 50/50. Either way it’s better than paying an exorbitant rate for a psychiatrist that may or may not help me and might just be a complete waste of time and money. What do you think? it’d be a pleasure to hear from such an inspiration and positive wonder of a human.

me personally i have the feeling that every human being that told me about his/her positive experience with psychedelics said the same stuff. having an ouda body experience, seeing more colors, finally let go and be free.. all that stuff..in the end i always thought through the conversation very unhappy about the feeling and the questions that remained. I am a strong woman. I am capable to handle my past,my pain, my fears,my disappointments but why,why do other people say that this is something "different" something that can "open doors" ? have they been too weak or stubborn to find the solution in their selfs for things that are not easy to handle without using the drug? or maybe it is more?maybe it is just the feeling afterwards. That everything seems to make more sense,seems to be possible to reach and the idea of having learned so much in such less time? cause nobody could ever tell me exactly what they have learned.. is it really because it is something you,on your own can just experience it ..or is it because it is just an afterglow of happiness,peace and love that makes you see things different than before? i don't want to miss what might help me to become a better person. But at the same time I don't want to fool myself.

Do you have any advice for overcoming the fear of psychedelics? My first Trip was absolutely beautiful and eye-opening. I took about 100mcg that day. My second trip on the other hand didn't go that well. This time I only took 50mcg and at first everything was good. But then I watched a really disturbing video which caused an anxiety attack that maybe lasted for 10 minutes. I basically thought that I'm going to die because of sudden nausea but I came out of it pretty soon. Looking back, I can smile about it, but somehow this experience terrified me to the bone. I've also had a 3rd trip with only 25mcg which, again, was absolutely finde. I love LSD because it opens my soul to so many things, but this fear really destroys this tool for me. I really wanna do it again, but I don't know how I can overcome this fear. Maybe I just have to take it and get through to realize that it does no harm, but this thought frightens me a lot too.
Have you had any more trips, if so, how did they go?

Krystal Aranyani I wrote that comment without watching this video (actually I watched about initial half Minute) , because the topic of video was psychedelics and you used some symbols related to Hinduism, i assumed that (sorry for that)... and as far I know Buddhism too doesn't promote psychedelics, Buddha never talked about them and as far I know never used them.... still I would say it's your choice..

I wouldn’t mind doing mushrooms but I’m scared I’ll lose my shit.. weed makes me anxious after years of smoking so I’m wondering if shrooms will do the same thing

maybe that's why I had a bad trip on acid. me and my boyfriend were taking it just to trip. all we were doing was watching movies and it got way too strong for me and I started feeling like I was going crazy. We were just in my bedroom the whole time not really doing anything.

Yes if you’re planning on trying it again I’d definitely suggest being in open nature! 🌲 I made the intention for my first trip to connect deeper with nature and had the most beautiful experience 🙏

I really want to take mushrooms but I feel like I’ll have a bad experience because the first time I took edibles I really thought I was going to die. I felt so out of control like I was losing my mind, and that was only with weed. So I can’t imagine what shrooms would do to me..
@PsychonautDreams12516 жыл бұрын
It sounds like you ate way more of the edible than you should have. Also your environment/headspace have to be positive and safe in order to encourage having a good trip. I would recommend taking maybe a third less of the recommended serving size of shrooms for your first time, nothing wrong with pacing yourself. Be safe and be responsible/smart about it.
@KrystalAranyani6 жыл бұрын
I agree you probably had too much, but if it doesn't feel right to you don't push yourself! If you go into it feeling like you'll have a bad experience than you more than likely will.. I'm personally very sensitive to weed since I don't smoke it often and sometimes it's more intense for me mentally than stronger psychedelics!
@jessicahoward71386 жыл бұрын
Kirsten Iturrino yeah I think I took too much too. But i mean it was a cake pop and i even split it in half to share with my friend. So I didn’t take it all and I was still super high

Jessica Howard or you just was afraid to let it go,relax yourself,maybe when was kicking you hard then you was afraid ,but in that moment you just needed relax and see what will happen,fear is the worst enemy for everything, and can ruin every experience.

If you do decide to take shrooms, given your experience with edibles, I would recommend starting with a SMALL dose because it sounds like you're sensitive to hallucinogens/psychedelics (so am I). My first trip, I ate the same amount of shrooms as my psychonaut trip buddy, which was a terrible idea. You can always up the dose with more advanced trips in the future, but if you're new to shrooms, my advice is start small. Some people even enjoy microdosing. And never let anyone try to pressure you into a larger dose if you're a beginner!
