This is one of my all time favorite kundalini practices. It’s my go to. I’m disappointed to see the ads in the middle of the practice.

Psychiatrist said i got borderline personality disorder and A LOT, if not all, symptoms were mitigated and diminished greatly in severity when i started this routine and keep it up! You’re honestly a life saver tysm and may the Universe bless you many times over ❤️

I am waiting to see if I will be diagnosed with BPD as it runs in my family and I have been experiencing a lot of symptoms over the last few years. I truly hope me practising this can diminish what I feel too. I'm glad this has helped mitigate your BPD.

I wake up with a really stuffy nose most mornings due to my allergies and this practice never fails to open me up and by the end, I can breathe properly again. So thankful for this wonderful detoxifying and opening practice 🙏🏽🙏🏽✨

This video has really helped me to be virtually rid of my chronic neck, back and shoulder pain I’ve been struggling with and lessen the frequency of my tension headaches; which is why I keep coming back to this almost every morning or a few times per week at least. I've been doing this meditation for nearly two months now almost every morning. It's my absolute favorite! It has also greatly helped me reduce the number of migraines I have, I believe due to the spine and neck stretching. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this! It is life changing! ❤️

Wonderful practice. Thank you! *For the ads, I was lucky not to get them. :) There is a way to choose where your ads are. Go to "Edit video" and then in the left side panel choose "ads" and then you should get options of where the ads go: before, during or after the video. I hope this helps! Keep up with the great work.

This was my first kundalini pranayama exercise. It felt wonderful and amazing. I was almost in happy tears and could feel chills running all up and along my body. I feel more relaxed, lighter, like I released a lot of trauma and sadness. Definitely coming back to this wonderful practice again and again. Thank you so much

I was pulling cards this morning and Spirit told me to do a kundalini yoga video. Spirit showed me an image of a this video in my mind’s eye, with your brown hair and orange shirt. Then Spirit told me specifically to search “kundalini yoga video” and I found this video. This was SO powerful and I’m so glad Spirit led me to it. I feel like I need to do this daily!! I had powerful visions and intuitive knowings during breath of fire. I’ve always shied away from breath of fire, as I have a hard time breathing through my nose. But all the more reason to do it more often! I feel like I really needed this today, and I’ll be bookmarking this video to do more often. Thank you!!

I do this meditation almost everyday, sometimes two times a day for 4 years now. It helps me so much after an excident (whiplash/neck pains/Brain damage) becouse it reduces the neckpain, relaxes me and gives me energy. Thank you so much Krystal

I broke my arms in 19 places in a car crash 5 years ago . I just did this for the first time and it released so much tension I had built up in my body. I’ve never experienced any type of release like this, I’m in tears.

I've been doing this practice for over two years now. I added it to the rest of my yoga practice and wouldn't be without it. During COVID, I got affected with some very painful muscle inflammation yet, when I had to abandon the rest of my yoga -for a while- I was still able to continue with Kundalini. While my muscle inflammation was serious and widespread, it never went to my heart or spinal area. I believe that this may have helped to protect me.

Your channel has taught me so much. Because you have helped me learn how to channel Shakti energy, I have begun painting again. My creative wheels are turning once more and I wasn’t too sure when that would start happening again. It caused a major depression in my life to have gotten sober, but unable to maintain a creative force/drive. Kundalini has been so so positive on my journey. Eternal gratitude. This is such a simple and powerful morning routine. I'm just getting back into Kundalini Yoga after many years of stopping the practice. Before I did this I did some microcosmic breath meditation. With that and this little routine. At the end, not only do I feel so light and full of love, it is bringing tears to my eyes which I know means healing and letting go. Thank you. Sat Nam.

I stumbled upon this gorgeous flow of yours a few months ago and have watched it a few times since then. But today I'm so happy to say that it's my first day of my first ever 40 day Sadhana and I'm utilising this for my practice. I have been doing doing this routine with you for every morning for 2 months and I think it's the perfect routine. I even after I injured my; side after a fall and it has helped me recover and also to fight a cold that was coming on.

The best! Been looking for a while again for some good kundalini and not been happy. Most too flashy and voice not clear enough over ocean sounds. No good music. Then I find this oh wow! I love the tunes and also to be able to keep my eyes closed. Everything is PERFECT here - except for the SHOCKERS of 2 noisy Ads!

It’s a beautiful practice. The only problem with it are the Gaia ads in the middle. I would gladly watch a minute of them to begin rather than get interrupted in the middle of my practice! Thank you to the great teacher though.

My first time trying it this year. What i experienced: calming wakefulness. I woke up up, felt sluggish....tried this breath and i am fully present. Had a mild hiccup afterwards...also...ads are played in the middle...not ideal :P

The best yoga session I have ever had. Thank you so much 🙏💚 I became a yoga teacher 1997 at Sivananda. Since years I practice kundalini Yoga with the DVD from Satya Singh. Kundalini yoga is realy my favorite form of Yoga. Namasté 💕

I really enjoyed your video and came back to it. My ego wanted to jump in and mention the adds. Then my divine self realised it was just a thought, our thoughts come and go, they pass like waves. I am now aware thanks to the adds that it is my responsibility to let my thoughts pass without holding on to them. The story goes, there are two monks, vowed to celibacy. They were out on a walk, when there stood by the river was a lady. Monk A carried the lady across. Some time had passed. Monk B said to Monk A, What reason did you carry that lady? Monk A replied I am no longer carrying the lady, I put her down at the other side of the river. Thank you for the time you put in to the video and thank you for sharing.
