Krzysiak’s celebrates Fat Tuesday with paczki and dancing in Bay City

The annual Paczki Day Polka-Palooza took place on Tuesday, Feb. 13 at Krzysiak’s House Restaurant in Bay City’s South End.
Owner Donnie Krzysiak said the restaurant is in its 45th year of operation and the staff knows the Fat Tuesday holiday will be a busy one.
“It’s the last big party before Lent starts, so it kind of makes it fun and exciting,” Krzysiak said. “We always look forward to it; it’s a good day.” (Kaytie Boomer | MLive.com)

My busha would ROLL IN HER GRAVE for passing off JELLY BISMARK DONUTS as authentic paczki! They are NEVER "filled donuts". They are pinched off dough that's fried and rolled in sugar. Lemon zest in the dough etc etc..
