Hi! Krzysztof Gad thanks for answer. When I want to change the point of view of the piece i just use the rotate icon, you know. But I saw in your video, that you turn the view (piece) without use the rotate icon. It's as if you were in a plane!! Thanks to you, now I know how make new structures!!!

+Joya Jimenez You can rotate the model using the mouse - click the middle button and right button and hold this two button then you will be able to rotate the model

Your tutorials are really good and to the point. Thanks for making them! Quick question. I've made a similar example where I made a wireframe of the structure I want to make and then use the lines as supports for the pieces/shapes. When I change the wireframe, the shapes do not change. I have to manually reselect the support lines. Thanks again!

Just run Catia as admin you'll be able to save the file.

Only drafting but must be created in the XY plane.

Very good question but I do not know the answer. It seems to me that it is not possible to unbend a curved tube which was created in Structure Design, because you needed to a 'K-factor' as in Generative Shape Design, but I have not found anything like this in Structure Design.

Hello Krzysztof Gad, tks about your answer, but How is possible one module that create tubes in curves and there is no the possibility of unbend the tube. Am I gonna to extract the curve and calculate the perimiter? other question is Do you Know how i can to include the material aluminium into the structural design?

You can make a straight line of the same length as the curved and then create a 'unbend' tube. You click the icon 'Steel A42' (That which is attributed to the first) and then you click the right mouse button and you have a 'Replace Material Link'

I have the same problem than the comments, about an error writing the file. I've already tried running Catia as an administrator. Is it just a simple sketch you use in the beginning? Thanks, great video though

Yes, it is a simple sketch but drafting must be created in the XY plane. Everything should be fine, as you follow the video, good luck.
