Insurance companies are a business. That needs to change. Here in NY. The insurance companies every year. Put in there rate increases to the State. Most all are double digit increases. The State looks at them and authorize increases but usually not what they want. Insurance will never change. They always blame something. Then they adjust their plans. So you'll have to pay a little more. Then the next year they do it again. But this guy is a murderer. Shouldn't be praising him. He wasn't even a client of this insurance company. Plus he never was denied coverage.

The millions in salaries and billions in revenue is the money that should be in a government run system to fund the care doctors say patients need. That's the moral outrage in a for-profit wealthcare industry. If someone is accused of terrorism, or if terms like "delay" "depose or "defense" are used, it only creates more frustration among people and can sadly lead to the rise of vigilantes-something we definitely don’t want. Anyone who has an issue with the healthcare system should be heard, not threatened as criminals unfairly. This only breeds more frustration, which can lead to events like the January 6th riots or situations where people are convinced they must kill others simply for thinking differently, believing they are defending our country.

Innocent till proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt in a court of law. This Luigi Mangione in custody has a huge hairy unibrow the shooter did not have. Different face and head shape, completely different teeth and mouth, jawline, different brow line and nose bridge distance... totally different looking guy from both the shooter and suspect photos. Even their age and complexions all look different. None of these look like Luigi Mangione. There is video out there showing someone on bicycle, but the person on the bike is wearing different clothing and shoes, so is there footage in between showing the shooter changed clothes? In the 5% of face that is peeking out from that shooter's clothing, that 5% does not match Mangione. So what if his mom had been worried about him, a lot of parents worry about their adult children if they do not hear from them for a while. 40% of all adult children do not call one or both parents and family estrangement is on rapid rise. Cornell University has done extensive studies on it. Estrangement does not mean someone has murdered someone else. This case causes me to re-visit Frazier vs Cupp 1969 Supreme Court ruling affirming it is perfectly legal for police to use deceptive interrogation tactics in order to obtain a confession. That's why there are so many false confessions in the past 50 years, even some who are innocent and have faced the death penalty. Like Mangione's attorney stated, we'll need to examine this further. Imagine police saying something like: "Johnny, we have your pal in the other room saying you were behind all of it." Mind you, both you and your friend are innocent. Nevertheless, in the other room they tell your friend, "the first to talk is going to walk, we can help you, now your friend and you......." And you're in that other room thinking, "maybe I better say something first" and so that's how craziness occurs and false confessions emerge and innocent persons take rap. And it's far more common that you think. Frazier vs. Cupp....1969 baby.
