This is the perfect beginner home defense shotgun. I didn't expect you all to kind of crap on the gun at the end. It looked like you all enjoyed shooting it. It is very easy for anyone to handle. This is the smallest pump shotgun that is legal in all 50 states that you can purchase. I recommend this to anyone looking for a home defense shotgun.

Yep !!! Small, plenty of capacity, low recoil, and racking a shell is a terrifying sound to an intruder. Add a light and laser, for perfection.

I picked one up recently just because the club I belong to decided to start having small bore 3-gun events. A .22 rifle and pistol with a .410 shotgun. And if you are using 3" shells, it starts to become a more effective self defense platform. You get 5 balls of 000 buck instead of 3. Of course, it cuts down on the magazine capacity a bit when using the longer shells. And if you someone of slighter stature, the recoil from the .410 loads isn't nearly as bad as 12 ga. That same gun in 12 ga. kicks like a mule.

You are totally on the money as far as the recoil goes. That is the best overall feature of this platform in 410.

Loading is a pain... cumbersome and slow . The gun is awesome and I love mine! For the price. I definitely recommend it

It is a fun plinking gun, great for self defense, great for small game and even larger game. They call it buck shot for a reason. The ammo is also cheap and the KSG-410 is also very cheap. And yes the lower recoil is great for some women, children, elderly... or just people that do not shoot often and do not like bruises on their shoulder. I like the Ruger LCP-MAX too. If I had the money I would pick up both guns.

Sooo many better options, 9mm full size pistol (Sig P320, Beretta 92, BRG9, Springfield XD or XDm etc etc). AR platfomr, 9mm PCC (Pistol Caliber Carbine) such as Beretta Storm, Scorpion etc. Full size traditional pump shotgun sych as Mossberg 500, Remington 870 etc.

Twice the mag capacity, and they give it a minus one for having to switch to the second magazine after getting a “click”

While everyone agreed they concept is great, and for that matter the gun shoots great, most had concerns with it in a real world application. Like with most anything however, training would solve those issues. If you put the time in with it, it may be fine. Each person has to find the right tool that works for them.

Well the clike switch and rack is no different when on a gun you tap and rack. No as fast or easy but same concept👍🏽

Not at all, we all really liked it as far as shooting, we all agree that their are many other better options, Sooo many better options, 9mm full size pistol (Sig P320, Beretta 92, BRG9, Springfield XD or XDm etc etc). AR platfomr, 9mm PCC (Pistol Caliber Carbine) such as Beretta Storm, Scorpion etc. Full size traditional pump shotgun such as Mossberg 500, Remington 870 etc.. A fudd would go to a tried and true revolver or double barrel shotgun...
