Wow ... He's so beautiful ! That's a Red Nose Pitt Bull dog , brown and white . I had one identical like him with a white tip on his tail and his name was Tip . I was amazed how all three were cool withe each other . That's a blessings for all three .♥️

I really hope that someday Bruno will be able to enter goatville and work with Herc. It's great that Bruno backed up Herc, but hopefully he can learn that the goats safety is first. Coyotes will send one in to distract the dogs, and then the pack will attack the goats from the other side. Best case is the boys learn to leave one with goats while the other deals with the intruder.

You could let Bruno into that front gate with Hercules and keep the other gate closed, so the goats can't come in, just to see how the dogs do together for a short time. Then maybe let a goat or two come in with dogs. If that goes well, then maybe open another gate.

I wonder if you let Bruno in the smaller pan with a couple of goats just to see the reaction of Hercules. Then after a couple days let Bruno and the goats out to the big area where you guys hang out to see what they would do. And I am so proud of Hercules and Bruno not attacking that other dog it could have been heartbreaking but they would have been doing what they were supposed to do. That was a pretty pitty, when in rescue remember rescuing 2 & got them a great home together.❤ I’m glad he got home,,hope. ❤️🙏 Of course none are as pretty & beautiful & furrbabies like Herc & Bruno! Herc says patience is key!😊🐾 can’t believe all the goats fit in that house! On top of each other?? 😮 Herc does his great job watching over them. I think my favorite part was going to go talk withsome one about House! YEAH.. Yes the dogs did Amazing but I would thought they would with all the training yall have done.. One thing with our last dog if we said STOP he did right then No Play.. There a time for play and a time for work.. When we said stop that what it meant STOP! We lost him after 13 beautiful years last March. Really hard when you lose a dog like that. Every one was amazed how he was. never had collar or lease didn't need one.. Even the Vet called in his help watch this dog.. He had that look but if we said be nice he was.. Sorry yall getting this Cold but guess it is every where even here in Florida I Hate it! Hey guys, I told you awhile back that the wood traps and steel wool were the best solution. I recently heard that dryer sheets help as well. Apparently, mice don't like the smell. I haven't tried this but maybe try it in the feed shed. Also, I have written to tell you to smear the peanut butter on the traps so they have to gnaw......that way the babies or lightweight ones will trigger the trap. Place the traps in the corners. Mice like to run around the perimeter. Happy hunting !!!

Herc is the best guard dog. He kept the intruder at bay and there was no spilled blood. Good Boy Herc. Having all that extra straw on the ground Shannon, may help with the mud come spring. Glad to here JR has offered his knowledge and help again. What a Blessing he has been. Especially with the Alpha Gal. That was an interesting pit bull encounter. Herc was awesome during it. Bruno did his part too a couple days ago with the Amazon delivery issue. What great doggie/mom-and-dad teamwork! Bruno was so cute playing with the goats on the other side of the fence and Herc helping with the straw raking and replacing in the goatie pen. Beautiful guys!
