It's what Rito calls the Lollipop effect. At the grab's max length, it has a slightly wider circular grab area, and works the same with Pyke and Thresh's hooks I believe.

I think league is better and better, we are just getting too old :D I still love to watch most of the LEC/Dota matches so it will take a while But it will probably happen when companies get too greedy, i loved WoW but can't play it anymore, maybe just newest expansion sucks
