It's a discriminatory term used against people who are brown-skinned and of South Asian descent more commonly used back then by the white people (generally by Brits). Back in the 1970s there was an event called 'Paki-bashing'. The white people would gather around Pakis and bash them and beat them up to a pulp in the streets or in their own shops, wherever in public, until they either suffered serious injury or even death. The reason (yes there was a fucking reason for this shit) was that the Brits were just having fun 'colonizing' the Pakis they had 'already conquered' in the streets. @gadhviviraj9172 doesn't understand this shit because he was raised easy. His great-grandparents, grandparents and possibly his parents had to live with being called multiple racial slurs including 'Paki' and fight through oppression, just for this guy to say, "hey, I didn't live through this shit so it's ok let them have it."

this actually gives newfound respect for him. As a Pakistani, I know the Sidemen are the least racist or hateful people and mostly joke around (literally Brit humor), but their good hearts have led them to educate themselves and respect everyone around them. The fact that he is doing an apology tour makes him humble. He is a humble guy. Mad respect. I did feel conflicted since I live in Germany so I can't relate to the Pakistanis offended in the UK but I saw that side on Twitter and found a lot of people did, in fact, throw that word around in a derogatory manner. The problems South Asians experience in the west especially post 9/11 is still quite prevalent nowadays.
