I agree that non tennis related should be prohibited but to say it's sexist is pushing. I've been following tennis for a while and have seen a few times reporters ask male tennis players who were playing abroad about getting a girlfriend from that country, quite in poor taste but nothing gender related as I believe most of these reporter have a background in gossip/sensationalist boards etc

Watch more tennis conferences, and you'll notice that these questions are just poorly disguised incendiary rhetoric. I grew up w the saying, "As jy my kak vra, gaan ek jou kak antwoord."
