That's a spar I would love to see. JJ could turn that in a cool youtube series where every couple of months he can do a charity spar that way he can still do the sport he enjoys but has more time to focus on youtube and music because he doesn't need to be in camp and he can help bring money and attention to good causes. I have to disagree with the ''KSI is the best youtuber boxer''. His fundamentals suck. If he ever fight Jake Paul, he'll get his head taken off. KSI is also super disrespectful that other guy look like he would fight at lightweight (135) while KSI fight at cruiserweight (200lbs)... You should control your strength and make sure not to hurt the other guy because your 50% is like 300% for him. Just poor sportsmanship. Even when sparring guys 1-2 divisions below coaches will constantly tell us to keep it lighter and this mf goes for a liver shot at like 70%. After that the spar should've been called off.

DJ is the MMA goat for sure but he's clearly bias here, he even called Andre August, a 3 times golden glove champion (regional title) and 2 times runner up (national titles) a pizza delivery guy (or whatever disrespectful synonym he used). August also had just beaten Andre Martin a top 100 cruiserweight right before the jake paul fight. Jake Paul is 100x better than KSI will ever be, they're not even in the same league, KSI is doing exhibitions while Jake Paul is fighting ranked opponents. And in their only common opponent, Jake Paul lost by SD and got a knockdown while KSI lost by a boring hugfest UD. And it was an exhibition and KSI was scared of going 8 or 10 rounds like Jake did.

I am a long kickboxer myself, for me it is the opposite with boxing. I find it very hard to keep my smaller opponent away from me because he can duck so deep. i use the push kick a lot when kickboxing, it is my range weapon. for me, the jab feels way more risky just to find and keep range.

Woulda been a hilarious video if you just played it with audio. Can I ask why you don't do that? I don't think you edit your own videos(could be wrong), but if you do, you'll have two audio tracks, one from the screen recording, one from your mic, you can turn the screen recording down or use voice recognition/auto eq plugins/software to have it automatically lower the background audio anytime you speak. (I'm assuming thats why you don't play the audio for any videos, atleast its the only logical reason i can think of. (DISCLAIMER: I don’t like KSI or influencer boxing. I watch the fights because my friends do) The thing I noticed in this sparring session was that I didn’t mind KSI’s style in sparring. But in fights his lack of experience is clear when he has a higher level opponent. Against I think it was Temper he didn’t look bad. But when someone came in who wasn’t afraid it cracked over the course of the fight. Just my opinion from a really low level mma guy
