It worked on my OnePlus 6T :) Had to use my Macbook M1 so commands are a bit different, but not much. Installed great on my Nokia 6.1 - thank you! My only issue was unlocking the bootloader, which this Nokia phone did not allow natively. I had to download a bootloader unlocking tool, which was a bit of a pain to get, but it worked. After that, no problems. I hope that the bootloader is now permanently unlocked, because I would like to install Lineage OS 22 when it becomes available. Thanks again for your excellent video!

If anyone has trouble with unlocking the bootloader when running A12, you have to downgrade to A11, unlock bootloader, update back to latest A12 and then continue with Lineageos installation ! Cheers

How can we safely install the ota updates without losing any data ? i have heard that on most of the custom roms the inbuilt updater just shows that a new update is there and it doesn't actually work, and we have to manually flash it by some method known as "dirtyflash" each time , Do you also do it like that way ? please make a video on the update situation

I usually don't update after installing Lineage OS through recovery.. If its important to update then I download the zip file from lineage website and side load through ADB.

I found a LineageOS ROM of XDA forums for the Galaxy Note 4 but I cant use it since I get stuck at a certain point in this video. When I type fastboot devices in the terminal, nothing happens, because my phone is no longer recognized - and I know it isnt because typing adb devices tells me there are no devices recognised. You need to setup ADB & Fastboot drivers on macOS and add its path to the system environment.

Please i have faced a problem on my pixel 4xl and i need a solution thanks - After following all the lineageos website installation instructions my phone works perfectly after the first boot. - The problem comes in after the first boot if powers off/restart the phone it stuck on a boot loop. adb devices shows my device when in normal mode. If I reboot it using Home+VolumeUp+PowerUp and I put it in download mode, the adb command does not see it anymore. I removed google account and any security method. The s7 powers up without any security. On the display it it is Downloading mode but says also Secure Download enabled. I cannot upload the img. I guess you have booted into fastboot mode. try fastboot devices

Pressing the three buttons brings to a prompt window then volume up is the only choice. it shows fast mode and adb does not recognize it anymore. i tries with Odin, it sees it as serial port, I can upload but at the reboot nothing happens. Fastboot devices command does not show it. i have no clue. thank you
